  The staff at Newton's - as well as the owners - are very customer-focused. I first went there, looking for someone to repair an earring for me. I think the total repair cost was less than $40 - but they treated me as though it was a million. They were polite, courteous - just really bent over backward to provide good customer service. This is now my home jewelry store. a(The second time I walked into the store, I was greeted by name). It's rare that I purchase anything anywhere else. Newton's has very different jewelry -not just diamonds (though they have those too!) but unique pieces. And the prices are very nice. I've shopped around and Newton's prices are certainly competitive. And -- Mr. Newton stands behind everything he sells. I had a ring that lost a diamond some time after I'd purchased it. He replaced it at no cost. And I didn't have to ask about that --- he told the salesperson when she was writing up the ticket that it was no charge. So---quality, unique items and integrity. This is the way to run a business.
