  I want to give a shout out to the gentleman in the bathroom update department...ANTHONY!! You're the man. After the person that was suppose to show up for our appointment on a bathroom makeover, didn't show. Anthony took the wheel. He answered all of our questions, helped us pick out colors and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent job sir. (Flowood store) You are definitely an asset to this store. Thank you.

  Very disappointed. I bought a dishwasher online and paid $15 extra for them to haul away the old one. The guys dropped off the new dishwasher and just left without taking the old one and they were rude to my boyfriend when he said something. He had to call a manager to get them to come back. We did not receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival like we were supposed to. Additionally, we had issues with this store on ordering a shower door. I ordered a glass door to go in my tile shower. The Lowe's employee ordered a fiberglass shower floor instead so it was completely the wrong part. We had to return it then order the door again. It took weeks. I will be going to Home Depot from now on. I got my washer and dryer from them and it was installed with no problems within 48 hours. Avoid this Lowe's at all costs.
