  Tonight was my first time shopping at this new location as I normally frequent the one in North Park. I was blown away by the new look and layout of the store. My wife and I went in looking to buy some candles and hand soaps. The staff was incredibly cold almost to the point of rude. We were not greeted and at one point while looking at candles on the wall, my wife was asked to move so the employee could stock the shelf. We saw that there was a sale on "select" hand soaps but the signage was only on a few sections which led us to believe those were the only ones on sale. We were in the store for almost 20 minutes browsing with not a single employee offering assistance (normally at the other location I am asked numerous times). After purchasing a few items we left. I went online tonight and discovered over 80 hand soaps were included in their sale yet very few were in the sections with sale signs. If you would like your customers to purchase items in store this location desperately needs some customer service training and correct signage placement. I will continue to drive to the North Park mall location from Flowood for better service!

  The customer service agent at the counter was so rude to us that we end up just walking right out and all we wanted was one of the little Porta potty's for our baby
